FEU Career and Placement Office (CAPO) conducted its Pre-Employment Preparation (PEP Talk) webinar 鈥淒iversity, Equity, and Safety: Toward a Gender-Inclusive Workplace鈥� on September 7, 2022 in collaboration with one of its trusted industry partners, Macquarie Group, an Australian global financial services group and was named as the most inclusive organization from Stonewall鈥檚 Top 100 Employers List for 2022.
Gabriella Zanzanaini, Macquarie Group鈥檚 Asia Regional Lead for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiondelivered her talk via Zoom together with 360 student participants. Zanzanaini focused on the importance of understanding and embracing gender diversity, equity, and inclusion in relation to a successful career and organization.
FEU has been an advocate for gender inclusivity and safe spaces as manifested in its university policies, curriculum, academic services, and infrastructures.
PEP Talk is a webinar series designed to prepare the students for employment by equipping them with the necessary knowledge through various webinars focusing on diverse topics delivered by industry professionals and experts.
PEP Talk recently bagged two Excellence Awards during the 19th Philippine Quill in Communication Training and Education and Communication Skills Divisions.
