With language and literature studies as two of the core areas in FEU, faculty and students from various FEU departments presented their papers in the parallel and themed panel presentations of the 3rd LSP International Conference (LSPIC2021) organized by the University of Santo Tomas, held March 11-13, 2021 in a fully digital format. 

FEU鈥檚 themed presentations featured online learning and instruction through varied learning management systems. Dennis H. Pulido (Institute of Arts and Sciences) was the panel convenor for what is presently popularly known as Computer/Mobile-Assisted Language Learning. Presenters were Aisa Arlos (Academic Quality Assurance); faculty Chenee M. Dino (Institute of Education); Mabel Lyn C. Villalba (IE); John Allenber O. Genese (IE); and alumna Ma. Theresa F. Navales-Totto (IE Graduate Studies and Transnational Education).

Parallel sessions included research presentations by FEU faculty Romualdo Mabuan (IE), Persieus S. Balog (IAS), Miren Morales (IAS), and Alvin C. Alonzo (Institute of Technology) and students Maricel L. Gebilaguin  (IEGS) and Charlene Joy G. Oliveros (IEGS)

This year鈥檚 conference theme was 鈥淟inguistics, Languages, and Languaging: Braving the Challenges of the New Normal. Dr. Pulido was elected as Treasurer and Dr. Dino-Aparicio, the Director of Conferences for 2021-2024
