Several faculty members of the were officially named ambassadors of the ‘ Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) in a special ceremony held at the FEU Administration Building on November 15, 2024 . The FBSE program is a flagship initiative that aims to train tourism and hospitality frontliners with the right skills to provide service that reflect the signature Filipino warmth.
